We own a great house in Corrales New Mexico, it's address is 103 Don Lorenzo.  It is the second house on the left off of Loma Larga Street.  You can "Google Earth" this address and see the house, and the surrounding neighborhood. It is not vacant, but is sparsely furnished as we use it for weekends.   We live in Tucson, Arizona, and cannot utilize this location as much as we once did, so we are reluctantly parting with our home in Corrales.

It has four bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a big bath with double lavatories, shower, and a jetted tub.  And a HUGE closet.

The other three bedrooms are on the other side of the house where there is a full bath with shower, and a half bath.

It has a high quality evaporative cooler  (Master Cool) for use in summer time.  For those not familiar, the elevation here is above 5000', so it stays fairly cool, especially at night.  Also for those not familiar, Corrales is located adjacent to, and between Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, along the Rio Grande.

The water is from our private well, and has a filter and water softener located in the garage.

The home was built in 1999 by Frank Larrabee, home builder.

It is pre-wired for an alarm system, but none is installed, we think this is a very safe and secure area.

All the main rooms are wired for cable TV or Internet use.

There are producing apple and peach trees in the back yard. 

All windows are thermopane style.

Yes, horses are allowed, if you want.

It is close to Intel, a Hospital, Schools, WalMart, dozens of fine restaurants, and the Cottonwood Mall.  The International Balloon Fiesta can be watched from the patio.

The asking price is only $569,000 and for a home of this size and quality, we believe this to be a great bargain for someone!  The home is in Sandoval County and no emission tests are required for your vehicles.
